you could as much just not sent this email :)

but to fix it i need to know, why it's like it is now, i need to understand 
what the hell is smcclient-sm (whatever it's called), and besides i saw pid 
file in /var/spool/clientqueue directory.

and is there possibility to give daemon() from rc-scripts path to pidfile it 
should get the pid to kill?

and i'm not very fond of sendmail, i just needed to empty the queue, because 
it had been stopped, and i will uninstall sendmail when the queue is empty :)
