yup...
it happens only when dependenicies are not by package name
e.g: iptables requires kernel(netfilter)
so uninstalling kernel and X11 is not working...
but uninstalling glib and X11 works OK (on my system)
and with perl there is /usr/bin/perl and not perl-base, but the problem
still exists
