This is kernel dependant. There are no VxDs in NT/2000. Anyway, VxDs are
there to allow virtualization of Device drivers in Win9x DOS boxes. For
plex86, you would have to have a Driver, which would be different for 9x and
NT/2000 kernels. Probably one for each family would work, but absolutely no
guarantees in MS land.
