OK,

I got FreeDOS booting to prompt and was able to run
'DIR' with new DT architecture.

For this phase, I've integrated most stuff, except the
branch handling (which is mostly why I went with DT
in the first place). Much easier for me to debug without it.
So performance won't be any better, YET. Anyways, the
high performance hash-tables, tcode buffer with forward/reverse
address lookups, simple DT engine, ... It's all in there
already.

Next on my list is to boot Linux, and get 32bit stuff working.
And Windows...

Perhaps, then a little clean-up. Then on to phase#2.

For phase#2, I'll add in the branch translations, generating
code to use the special handler routines which are in the
prototype. This should unlock some decent performance. Along
with a zillion other performance enhancements. Though, even
without a long list of other mods I want to make, I think
this phase will make plex86 much faster. :^)
