Working on protected mode code.
Fixed direct ELF kernel image loading to work with new
DT framework. 'Paging' nano-OS 32-bit kernel (in guest/paging/) gets part
way through now.
I'm going to get the small test kernels in guest/paging/ working
again, with direct ELF loading. Then I'll try them using GRUB to
test the real-mode to protected-mode transitions.
Then on to booting Linux, Win95, ...
