[plex86] LGPL VGA Bios

Hello everybody,

I uploaded the first release of a LGPL VGA Bios for plex86.
Please download it from http://cbothamy.free.fr/projects/vgabios/

The vgabios is not complete, quite a few functions are not implemented
yet, 
and nothing about graphic modes have been done, except init.

I will continue working on it, but feel free to send me bug reports,
comments or patches.
