[plex86] international keyboard issues

I found my answers about localisation for the keybaord
in philipp Muller's message : http://ludovic.lange.free.fr/PLEX86/
It must have appeared in the mailing-list before, but can not remember.
Too bad i hadn't see it before writing the exact same changes...

Would it be possible to make a "patches" section in the links page of
the website ?
Or include the patch in CVS ?
