You can't use dd to make an image of tomsrtbt--it is on a disk that is
formatted something other than 1.44MB. Try using the linux version (the
tarball) up on www.toms.net if you want to boot from tomsrtbt. The file
that you'd want to use as the boot image is tomsrtbt.raw.
