I'd like to request an offical major number for the plex86 kernel driver.
Without further ado:

Plex86 is an operating system virtualizer for x86
machines, similar to VMWare. See http://www.plex86.org/
Note that:
1. At present, only one device is ever used, which is traditionaly named
/dev/plex86.
2. It's currently written as a non-misc driver, but could be changed
over without
too much hassle to a misc driver, I think. That would limit
further expansion,
though.
