Integrated write-cache plugin from Tom Vijlbrief, and his related
mods to the hard drive code, to handle > 32-bit file IO.

Regenerated configure (BTW we use autoconf). I forgot to do this last time.

Can you write a short summary of the parameters and use of the
write-cache plugin of yours? To make things easier, if you send
me a text file, I'll wrap it in XML and put it in the docs/ dir
where you can easily edit it for the future.
Some time, I have to do the same for the bochs plugins...
