[plex86] the following step?

I have a partition hda1 with windows98 Second Edition, and I would like
to run the ScientificNotebook aplication which is not already ported to
linux.
I've download plex86 and I have followed all instructions in the user's
guide.
I have loaded the kernel module succesfully and I have used the
instruction

./plex86 -f ../conf/PATH PLEX86/conf/win95

however I can't understand what are the following steps to get to run
any win98
aplications.What can I do?
