I just received it by email. I have put it online at 
http://japj.org/projects/bochs_plex86/ (the very first thing at the top 
of the page).
Note that I haven't even looked at it this yet (I'm now heading for 
work)... so I'm not sure if this thing will even work/compile/whatever 
or not.
