After some discussion last year (a year ago ;) I started working on a VMWare to plain disk convertor. It was finished quit some time ago, but recently - after a diskcrash, fearing it was lost - I polished it for release. The results are not very well tested, but the output disk format seems to be fully correct. Since I have no working plex86 available, other people might have more success testing it. There are no known bugs. Supports COWDisk format version 1 (VMWare 2, I don't know if VMWare 3 uses another format). Written in Delphi it's available (source & compiled Win32 version) on http://www.tebokkel.nl/VMWareDiskToPlain.zip Rest of the site is empty, so don't bother. Remarks are welcome, but I've rather see many people use it well. Conversion to a native Linux (Kylix) version shouldn't be too difficult, but just not done yet. On a side note, who is going to put it on the Plex-site, since that seems to to me the place for it to be available?
