ToVid can do things like:
* Simplify and automate the process of converting arbitrary video files into
  (S)VCD- or DVD-compliant MPEG format (tovid)
* Create basic (S)VCD or DVD navigational menus, with optional background
  image and audio, ready to burn (makemenu)
* Generate XML files for (S)VCD or DVD authoring, compatible with vcdxbuild
  or dvdauthor (makexml)
* Copy a single track from a DVD and "shrink" it to fit on a recordable DVD
  (dvrequant)
