I am pleased to announce not one, but two new releases of ZopeSkel, the code
template generator for Zope and Plone

The first release is ZopeSkel 2.21.2

This release includes an update to the plone4_buildout, some improvements to
the wording of console script messages and improved documentation. Thanks for
work to Mikko Ohtamaa

The second release is ZopeSkel 3.0a1

Version 3 of ZopeSkel represents a major departure from the ZopeSkel of old.
This new package is an empty egg, depending on the newly created templer
template generation system. This new templating system brings major
improvements to the way that templates are built, allowing for much more
flexibility in package contents in response to the questions you answer when
creating a template. This new package represents the first public availability
of this new system as ZopeSkel, and the culmination of an effort that began at
the No-Fun BBQ Sprint in North Carolina. Thanks for the concepts represented
by this new system go to Chris Calloway, Joel Burton, Josh Johnson and Chris
Rossi.

If you are a user of the ZopeSkel system, and depend on templates in the
ZopeSkel 2.x it is strongly recommended that you take this opportunity to pin
your version of ZopeSkel as follows:

ZopeSkel<3.0

Version 3.0a1 is an alpha release. Your assistance is requested in evaluating
the changes in the new system, and in pushing forward with making ports of
existing templates from ZopeSkel 2.x to the new templer system.

Special thanks to SixFeetUp who provided the time needed to prepare this
initial release of ZopeSkel 3

Your friendly release manager,

Cris Ewing
