It's both amazing and pleasing just how far we have come with the windows
platform thanks to your and Arjen's efforts at fine-tuning our CBS for that
platform.  These sort of results were just a remote gleam in our eye a few
months ago.  We really should get the word out about the huge advances for
the windows platform as part of the announcement for our next release.

I get that same result on Linux.  If you look at page 1 of the plots they
are clearly of different random data.  I think we are the victim of
different random-number generators for C and Java (and Python once example
21 is implemented in that language), and there is not much we can do about
it. Nevertheless, it is still good that example 21 is included in the tests
since the tests will still tell us if there are gross errors such as
segfaults for any of the language interfaces where example 21 has been
implemented.
