Hi Jim,

personally I do not see much need to keep _three_ essentially equivalent
drivers around: that will only confuse users in what they should select 
and will
continue to raise questions about what differences there are (even if 
there are
no functional differences). But that does presume that your new device 
driver
functionality comprises all the functionality of the other two.

Perhaps a bunch of us should review the changes you made/are making and
decide from that what the best strategy would be. (Note that the win3 device
driver is not being maintained anymore in favour of wingcc - it does not
add anything new and there was therefore no need to fit it into the new
build environment).
