Alexander Neundorf is the guy who convinced KDE to start using the CMake
build system (roughly two years ago), As a result of his work, he is now the
KDE CMake guru.

Alex now also has an inside perspective (he is a recent hire by KitWare to
work on CMake) and has recently blogged about where CMake is going (at
http://www.kdedevelopers.org/node/2833).  I think those who have worked on
our CMake-based build system will find that an interesting read.
