Most of you have probably seen my recent Ada commits on the plplot-cvs list
which make one bug fix and change all the examples to be configurable by
CMake. The bug fix was a no-brainer, but I went ahead and made the
substantial changes to the organization of the Ada examples in svn trunk as
well at this late date in our release cycle only after some careful thought.
I decided to go ahead with that part of the commit because the changes only
affect Ada (which is OFF by default in any case because it is classified as
experimental).

The changes work for me (aside from some known colour issues Jerry is
working on) on my Debian testing platform, and those with an interest in Ada
(especially Jerry) should test this commit (revision 8022) on their own
platform as well by making sure the gnat (GNU Ada compiler) package is
installed and by specifying the -DENABLE_ada=ON -DBUILD_TEST=ON cmake
options.

N.B. to test the Ada bindings in the build tree, run ctest and compare the
resulting Ada and C postscript files in the build-tree test directory. At
some point we should be able to test the Ada bindings in the install tree as
well, but that is not yet implemented.
