There were many reasons why I decided to initiate work on a CMake-based
build system, but one of my dreams was that someday PLplot would be as
powerful on windows as it was on Unix.  Your simple cookbook for getting
Hazen's high-quality cairo driver to work on Windows shows we have made a
lot of progress toward realizing that dream.
