Hi Andrew:

I am glad you were able to fix the multiple-stream issue for this driver. 
For completeness, I have also added it to the install-tree tests where it
now passes the same test that is done by ctest in the build tree.

I am sure the -dev pstex users out there are grateful that we are still
maintaining this device driver, but at the same time I think it is still
probably a good decision to leave this device driver disabled by default so
that non-legacy users will be encouraged to use the other better PostScript
alternatives.
