I would like to request another development release (5.9.6) before the 5.10.0 release. I have added a lot of code to the OCaml bindings which I think would benefit from an official development release. The large amount of build-system updates, code reformatting and other changes to the core PLplot code base would also benefit from the extra publicity and testing a development release provides.
