Hi all, (just for your information) there seems to be something about the GD-library (for PNG, JPEG etc output) on Windows that we do not cover yet in our driver information - on Windows the library is called "bgd.dll" and not "gd.dll" (as one would expect from the Linux name "libgd.dll"). I will have a look at this - in my own testing that library has fallen between the cracks.
