I have just noticed a typographical error in the licensing text that
had propagated over the years to many of our source files. (The GNU
LGPL was incorrectly referred to in one part of the text as "GNU
General Library Public License" inconsistently with elsewhere in the
text where the correct terminology, "GNU Library General Public
License" was used.)

As of revision 11680 I have corrected this typographical error with
a sed script to convert all instances of

General Library Public License ==> Library General Public License

in our source files.

Warning: because of this change you will see a very large fraction of
our files updated the next time you run the "svn update" command.
