When the last argument to plenv is 2, the tick marks at the left and bottom of the plot box extend outside the box, (as well as inside), sometimes colliding with numerical labels. The ticks at the right and top do not extend outside the box. Is this by design or is it a mistake? Try it on x00c.c or see the attached PS.
