That is the commit that changed the default NON_TRANSITIVE to ON which
simply implies there were one or more NON_TRANSITIVE changes to qt
somewhere between 12121 and 12165 that were problematic for your
platform.

To find where the first such change occurred, could you do the
bisection again between 12121 and 12165 with the additional cmake
option -DNON_TRANSITIVE=ON ?
