Hi Alan, thanks for checking this. The problem as described in the issue occurred with version 5.9.9, so not with the trunk. This had the one occurrence left of interp->result that I fixed. Unless I overlooked any, the trunk should now be okay for Tcl/Tk 8.6.
Side note: As it happens, I now have a Windows 64 bits platform at my disposal. I can now add another platform to the list. (Currently it means I have a confusing mixture of 32-bits and 64-bits tools installed.
