Hi Andrew:

Some bit rot has been setting in for the -DBUILD_DOX_DOC=ON case.

The bindings/python/plplot.py file for revision 12477 (which updated
the doxygen configuration file to be consistent with my doxygen
version) and also for the revision just prior to that generated a doxygen
segfault.
It's been a while since I have tried -DBUILD_DOX_DOC=ON so I don't
know whether this issue is due to one of the recent changes to this
file or my new doxygen version. Anyhow, I worked around this issue by
excluding this file from doxygen consideration (revision 12478).

Please try out -DBUILD_DOX_DOC=ON and "make build_doxygen" yourself
now that I have worked around the segfault. There are large numbers of
warnings indicating this aspect of PLplot is in need of some repair.

Alan
