we're delighted that Phil Rosenberg has agreed to join the PLplot developers team. Phil has been an active user for a number of years and a regular contributor on this list. His testing and improvement of PLplot on windows has been invaluable. He has also contributed his expertise to improving the wxwidget driver and the support for shapefile maps amongst other areas. I'm sure Phil's skills and experience will make a valuable addition to the PLplot team.
