Hi Chris,
Under "bare" Windows you need to expand the PATH variable in the same way. It
has to do with the way Windows works. If you run the comprehensive tests, then
the PATH variable is manipulated to make it point to the right build (several
build configurations are tested by the comprehensive_test.sh script).
