Hi Arjen: I have been helping Greg Jung off list with reproducing your best Cygwin comprehensive test results so far, and he is pretty close, but he is having trouble with inconsistencies between various Cygwin numpy packages he installs and the Cygwin development package for python-2.7.10 that you both use for comprehensive testing.
