Hi Alexander, Alan,


I checked this: on my system, grep occurs in the project file 
bindings/swig_support/check_plplotcapi_defines.vcxproj. Apparently I did not 
have enough components installed to also get references to xmlto and cp, my 
guess is they come from the documentation part.



What happens if you use the "NMake Makefiles" generator?



What projects did you try to build?
