To expand on that comment, google searches for sip are obfuscated
by other (telephony) software called sip which has nothing to do with
the sip we need.  Therefore, I just did a number of google searches
using site:riverbankcomputing.com (since that company is the author of
the sip we need), and I could find no mention of sip release notes.
I did find [sip
documentation](https://www.riverbankcomputing.com/static/Docs/sip/index.html)
which might help António find a solution (even though this documentation
is for 6.4, and I could find no riverbankcomputing documentation for earlier
versions of sip!)
