I'm not sure, but I think the "plenv ()" call wants 4 major ticks. If
you use 2006 instead of 2005 it will work...
This also goes for the "plwind ()" call, so I think it's a general thing
that graphics bokses wants at least 4 major ticks to display proper.
I agree it's a bug...
