[plt-dev] Expansion to check forms

Per some recent requests, I've added two new forms to the check-expect  
line (primarily for testing random functions):
   check-member-of
   check-range

Documentation for these is in the HtDP docs and the test-engine docs.
Heads up to John: these expand too much in the stepper.
