Done: * Scribble now installs the ID "scribble-plt-scheme-org" by default when rendering to HTML. * Setup PLT adjusts the ID to "doc-plt-scheme-org" for any document that it builds. * A document author can override both layers of defaults with a `body-id' style on the `part' that represents the document.
