Bug in Retriever.py for Windows 95

I installed Plucker 1.0 on my windows box and got an error saying that there was a 
name mismatch in .\PyPlucker\Retriever.py for where it imports base64.  I simply had 
to change it to an uppercase B -- "import Base64", and then it worked fine.

Thought I'd let you know.
