        8bpp works on my device, though it will supply only 256 colors. 256
colors is good enough anyway, since .gif is limited to that anyway (and
actually, 240 in reality, after the palette is subtracted).

        You'll save size by going to 8bpp anyway, but right now, I don't think
the parser understands 16bpp.
