AFAIK you need the Proxy IP (or the domain name) but you give an full
URL. I guess this URL return some Scrip that setup the browser (IE or
Netscape) for use the Proxy, but this URL is _not_ the Proxy.
Try http://xxxxxxxzeiss.de as your setting (without the path at the
end) or ask you Admin for the right Proxy name.
If this still not work, than the problem maybe that the Proxy need
another authenticity method. Plucker support only the Basic method.
