I don't know what version of Palm OS you are using, but the viewer code that is involved in the no-available-documents-handling has not changed that much -- more or less only removed the alert and replaced it with a jump to the Document Library. Anyway, the alert version has been used since '99 (replaced in October last year) and no one has reported any problems with it. /Mike
