Once I'm done with the two items on my current plate, I'll work on
this. It may end up being something added to hook into the existing
bugtracker, so we can add bugnotes/task notes to the same interface. I'll
talk to the developers and see if that's already in their plans, and if not,
I'll hack in something.
I just spent the last hour looking around for web-based tasklist and
todo list managers, and there is a dismal lack of quality in the ones out
there. Either they look good, but lack features, or they have the potential
for powerful features, but the features are buried in a very confusing
interface.

I also notice that our TODO in CVS isn't current as of now. We
probably should plod through that and update it. Not me though, not this
time around.
