D-pad scrolling on plkr-hires

A comment on the plucker-hires branch: on my Tungsten T, scrolling up or down with the D-pad doesn't scroll a full screen, but about half of one. I'm not sure if this is by design or not (I suspect not, based on an earlier thread, but I may be wrong), but if it is by design, it would be nice to be able to optionally scroll more, if that's possible.

My apologies for not being able to provide a patch, but my palm coding skills are nonexistent. I'll be happy to help with debug, if that's needed. I'm using version20021124-am, which is the most recent available, as far as I can tell.
