That looks like you are still using the old jar. If you open a command prompt and run something like D:\Java\JDK1.4\bin\java.exe -jar "C:\Program Files\JPluck 2\jpluckx.jar" it should print out a bunch of diagnostics including a listing of each text record in the DOC file as it converts them when you tell it to convert the file.
