One question, if someone can point me there: I can't seem to find the Plucker Windows GUI desktop converter installation download (try saying that five times fast ;^). Know where I can download it from?
Lest I be branded a "newbie", I actually looked pretty hard for it. I went through the download section of the Plucker site, and got the 1.2 beta 12 file (plucker_bin-1.2beta12.tar.gz) which I could open in WinZip under Windows (I'm not a Unix/Linux user, at least not yet). I saw the Palm *.prc and *.pdb files inside that, no problem, but the Plucker desktop files all look to be Python source files. I browsed around the site some more, and all I could find for the desktop parser was this path and file on their server: plucker_desktop/installer/msw/plucker-desktop.iss This is an "Inno Setup (www.innosetup.com) file for Plucker Desktop" which looks to be some kind of installation script for using the Inno Setup Installer available at that site. The script references the Plucker desktop .EXE which is not present in the plucker_bin-1.2beta12.tar.gz file. So, if anyone can send me a link or instructions on how to get the compiled GUI-based converter for Windows, like a Setup.exe, or whatever, I'm ready to go. Thanks again, and it's most appreciated.
