Robert, It appears that something in the Install isn't quite working right then because I've just received the same error when trying to run the desktop.
This was the link I downloaded: http://www.clinicalexam.com/pluckerdesktop/downloads/msw/plucker_desktop_set up.exe from: http://www.clinicalexam.com/pluckerdesktop/downloads/msw/ The version that works is: plucker_desktop_setup_archive_2002_09_14.exe Maybe this Toolhelp32 has been reintroduced somewhere?
