I have used pdaConverter succesfully many times. It can make Plucker or Doc file by right clicking on the file and saying make plucker file. This pops up the program where you decide the name, depth etc and the just make the document. I default the location to \palm\username\install so it will install when I next hotsync (assuming the registry key has been flagged)
