OK, I've sorted that out - Outlook Express was set up for HTML instead of plain text.
I've sent the template again, and got another error message, saying I have not supplied a doc_name. The template copy clearly shows a doc_name, so are there requirements for this argument that weren't specified in the Large Template remarks? ----- Original Message ----- From: David A.
