The only other way (besides the previously mentioned
list) is brute force search.  Try Google's advanced
search, use the search term "allinurl:"  and look for
the main name of the site (based on the URL) plus (one
at a time) "avantgo", "pda", "mobile", "palm", et
cetera.  For example "allinurl: hollywood avantgo"
will find the index page www.hollywood.com/avantgo.

and copy URLs as they are generated to find out how to
add information such as zip code to the URL.

Unfortunately, there are still some out there I have
not been able to find and there are others that rely
on referrals or cookies that need further debugging. 
I still don't have the NY Times Book Review figured
out.
