I am trying to add a bug report dealing with a problem that is specific (at least as far as I have determined) to one file that I plucked. I fill out the bug report and attach the file but when I submit it I get "The page cannot be displayed" with the URL "http://gnu-designs.com/bugs/report_add.php";.
