Hi guys, it seems to me that the rpm distributed on plucker's website is compiled against libpng2. Mandrake 9.0 uses libpng3. I tried to compile the package, but with no luck (too many dependencies not resolved for an architect as I am). I tried to force installation creating a symlink to libpng.2.so but then I see no icons at all on the desktop (I guess libpng versions are not retro-compatible).
Did anybody succeed in installing on mdk9? is there another source for rpm or at least a list of devel-packages I need to have installed on my machine in order to compile? Are you planning to support mdk9/libpng3 anytime soon? regards stef
